This Privacy Policy applies to the BOUKALA - Truth or Dare application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is built as a free service. For a better experience while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to local game data. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.
Specifically, player names and game statistics are stored locally on your device via Local Storage and are never transmitted to our servers.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Application does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
The Application may contain mature content if the user purposely selects "Adult" or "Extreme" game modes, which are restricted by an age verification check. While the Application itself does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, users must ensure they are appropriate age for the selected game modes.
Users have the right to delete their accounts and all associated data at any time. This can be done directly within the Application by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. When an account is deleted, all user-generated content, such as custom challenges and profile information, is permanently and irreversibly removed from our Firebase servers. Please note that data stored locally on your device (Local Storage) will remain until the app is uninstalled or storage is cleared manually.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
